How much to take? The 10 ml bottle suits occasional use; the 100 ml and the set of three are for those who want to keep going over time. Jean-Pierre suggests starting with RECUP, then BOOST NOW.
Recommended daily dose: 10 ml, maximum 20 ml. Keep away from heat and frost. Not recommended for pregnant women or people on anticoagulant treatment. This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
