Handmade soups, gazpachos, smoothies and treats, cooked in the Swiss Valais. Seasonal vegetables from small local growers — and not a gram of additives.
Right now
Sun-ripened vegetables, blended raw and bottled the same day. Six gazpachos, three of them also organic. They leave the stall at the end of September — the squash soups take over.

The gesture that pays off
Peel the label off your empty bottles and bring twelve of them to any of our markets: a soup is on us. We get bottles already stripped of their labels, you leave with a soup — everyone wins.
Not combinable with anything else: it is one or the other, your choice. Twelve labels returned, or the −10 % six-bottle pack.
Get peeling!
Your idea
Fancy a soup that is not on the menu? Tell us: we will gladly make it. And if it wins over other food lovers, it joins our menu for good!

“These values are not simply words, but commitments rooted in every aspect of the business.” — Jean-Pierre Demurger
The “good” goes beyond taste: it is the choice of wellbeing. Products that look inviting and suit you.
A genuine festival of colour. Bright greens, oranges, whites and purples: an invitation to enjoy with the eyes as much as the palate.
Authentic flavours, no compromise. No sweeteners, no additives, no artificial colourings — for intense taste and pure enjoyment.
Simple but indulgent recipes, ordering and delivery without fuss, and glass containers for a clean experience from start to finish.
Welcome to Potion Magique: handmade soups, gazpachos, smoothies, pressed juices and ready meals, made in Valais and delivered across Switzerland. Quality, naturalness and freshness sit at the heart of everything we make.
The wish to offer food without detours guides every one of our recipes. Fruit and vegetables are chosen and prepared the same day, with no additives and no colourings.
We work by preference with small regional producers, to limit transport and keep the route to you as short as we can.
Our bottles are pasteurised and keep for 3 to 4 months in the fridge. Our sterilised jars keep for 1 to 3 years in the same conditions.
