Allergen information — In accordance with European regulation INCO No. 1169/2011 and decree No. 2015-447 of 17 April 2015 on consumer information for non-prepacked foodstuffs, we pay particular attention to your health and food safety. If you suffer from food allergies or intolerances, we invite you to let us know before your purchase, either directly at our stall or in writing through this website: we will gladly give you precise information about the composition of our products and the possible presence of the fourteen major allergens recognised by the regulations in force.
